General Terms

These vanyadoing plugin Market Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to herein as, these "plugin Market Terms") are a legal agreement by and between vanyadoing (hereinafter referred to as “vanyadoing” or with "us" or "we") and each end user (hereinafter referred to herein as “you” or as a “User” and with “your”) and set forth the terms and conditions that will govern your use of any software application functionality or services provided by framer through framer’s plugin marketplace (hereinafter the “App Market”)

Subject to your compliance with the Terms, vanyadoing hereby grants to you through these App Market Terms a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the plugins offered by vanyadoing and/or its Third Party Developers. All rights not expressly granted by vanyadoing are hereby reserved.

vanyadoing IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT, FUNCTIONALITY OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY functions in the plugin provided BY A THIRD PARTY (if any used in the plugin) AND YOUR USE OF ANY SUCH plugin IS AND REMAINS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALL THIRD PARTY DEVELOPERS ARE INDEPENDENT PARTIES FROM vanyadoing and some plugins may refer to third party services for extended functionality of the plugin. vanyadoing HAS NO CONTROL OVER AND SHALL THEREFORE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY such kind of functionality AND ITS work. vanyadoing is not responsible and does and will not have any liability for any Third Party Service work used in plugin. Any third party termination may result in the inability to utilize certain features of the plugin offered through the App Market. Further, vanyadoing is not responsible for such termination.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing license, or using any vanyadoing plugin from App Market, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority.

Payment Terms, Cancellations and Refunds

plugins, offered by vanyadoing, may be provided for with or without a fee.

In addition, vanyadoing may impose, in its sole discretion, additional conditions or limitations on your access and use of certain plugins. Such additional conditions or limitations shall be identified or provided by notice in connection with each applicable plugin. In the event use of a plugin requires a certain fee(s), applicable fees or conditions shall be further identified or provided by notice in connection with each applicable App.

Please note that purchasing of the plugin is generally final, license is applicable to a single website, and no returns, replacements or refunds will be permitted. vanyadoing, however and in its sole discretion, may refund the purchase of a plugin if the plugin does not work properly. Such refund does not and will not include any obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future
 

Pricing and availability of any and all plugins remains subject to change at any time in vanyadoing sole discretion and particularly for changes due to your designated country on your billing account. The App Market shall identify the then current fee, availability, or applicable terms, conditions, or limitations, at the time of download or access. There may also be some technical challenges in the conversion rates of certain currencies. If you encounter such difference, you may contact us at vanyadoing@gmail.com and vanyadoing will address such payment issue on a case-by-case basis. You are solely responsible for the payment of all fees and taxes (in each case, if any) for any plugin that you obtain from the App Market. Moreover, when you indicate that you wish to license an App, you hereby authorize vanyadoing to charge your credit card, debit card or other payment method you have specified for any and all fees and taxes payable for such plugin from time to time or single time (this based on if license subscription based of fixed-price single time payment), and as and when such payments become due.

Changes
 

vanyadoing MAY MODIFY THE vanyadoing TERMS, INCLUDING THESE framer plugins TERMS of service, AT ANY TIME. SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON NOTICE, WHICH MAY BE ACCOMPLISHED BY POSTING THE MODIFIED TERMS ON vanyadoing-dev.com/framer-apps-terms-of-service. YOUR USE OF THE plugins, INCLUDING ACCESS TO ANY plugin AVIALABLE THEREFROM, FOLLOWING SUCH NOTICE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES AND CONTINUED ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS (THEN IN EFFECT). vanyadoing RECOMMENDS THAT YOU REVIEW These TERMS, ON A PERIODIC BASIS.
